Last seen at Summerhall during Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2015 with Antiwords, Total Theatre Award and Herald Angel winning Spitfire Company return with their new show.
In a collage of music, text, photography and animation, Miss Amerika tells the story of a New York misfit and her experience of immigration, loneliness and dislocation. Its protagonist Mckenzie Tomski is a persona of the Czech performer Mirenka Cechova; an Everywoman representing all the outsiders who are standing in the shadows and dreaming the American Dream.
