Dem Trio, consisting of Murat Salim Tokaç (Tanbur/ney), Derya Türkan (Klasik kemenche) and Cenk Güray (Divan sazı/baglama) will perform different local sounds of Anatolian music by emphasizing the association between ‘folk’ and ‘palace’ music.
The first album of the group, Serçeşme (The Fountain), was released in 2008 by Italian Felmay Music Company. Their second album, Erguvan, was also released all over the world by the same company in 2014. Dem Trio is currently in the preperation for the third album.
