Portuguese band The Twist Connection premiere in London with their new album Stranded Downtown on 7 October. The concert takes place at TheOthers Stoke Newington and is supported by Victor Torpedo Live Karaoke Show.
The Twist Connection is a power trio from Coimbra; Sérgio Cardoso on bass, Samuel Silva on guitar and Kaló on vocals and drums. Victor Torpedo, Parkinsons’ guitarist is presenting his solo show. Well known from bands like Tédio Boys, Tiguana Bibles, Blood Safari, Subway Riders, Victor shows up this time as one-man band in his karaoke show-live.
