The Tallinn Technical University Academic Male Choir (Estonia) is celebrating its 70th anniversary with a tour in the UK.
The choir will be performing with one of the greatest Estonian opera voices Ain Anger who has sung over forty roles in the Wiener Staatsoper, Austria, and is deemed as “one of the great Wagner basses of our time” by The Guardian. The current season also includes his debuts at the Royal Opera House as Pimen in Richard Jones’ new production of “Boris Godunov”.
The concert programme “The Ballads” consists of works by British, German and Estonian composers, ranging from epic war stories and jovial opera scenes to the undeniable power of love and nature.
