The third album from Soap & Skin (aka Austrian musician and producer Anja Plaschg) From Gas to Solid… marks her return with her first album in six years. Piano-led like the last album, yet more minimalist and still experimental, her chamber orchestration and electronics inhabit a more mature tone, making her music more melodically palatable.
