On the occasion of the publication of a new edition of one of the greatest French poets, award-winning rhyming translator Timothy Adès will talk about Robert Desnos’s life and times and read some of the 300 poems with recorded voices of Juliette Gréco and Sonia Masson. He will be joined in conversation by Dame Marina Warner, Professor of English and creative writing at Birkbeck University of London and president of the Royal Society of Literature.
