A rich panorama of new and recent feature film successes from Turkey will be unveiled on the Strand with seven special screenings bringing box-office hits, festival award-winners and “Oscar” candidates from Wednesday 12th December until Sunday 16th December, as an appetiser for a larger film event in 2019.
Turkish Film Week will take place in the very heart of London at the prestigious King’s College Strand Campus. A rich selection of recent Turkish features, box-office hits and festival prize-winners will be screened throughout the week. There will also be Q&A sessions moderated by Critic and Broadcaster Phillip Bergson with visiting directors; Mustafa Karadeniz, Esra Vesu Özçelik and Derviş Zaim.
