Jazz resonates from New Orleans to London, by way of Juan-les-Pins…
In the spirit of the intimate musical encounters of the Jazz à Juan festival near Antibes, created as a tribute to Sidney Bechet in 1960, discover jazz singer and composer Amy Gadiaga (double bass, vocals), a fast rising star of the London Jazz Scene who will fly you to the moon.
Born and raised in the outskirts of Paris, she is currently studying double bass at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. Recently signed by Jazz Re:Freshed, Amy is an alumna of the Tomorrow’s Warriors umbrella, and has already performed at the EFG London Jazz Festival, the Jazz Cafe and several festivals. At present, she is working on her debut EP to be released soon.
