London based composer, songwriter and producer Gazel will open for Goran Bregović. Her music is a dark blend of pop, electronic and Middle-Eastern folk music and her debut EP Bone Key was nominated in two categories including Best Pop EP in the 2016 Independent Music Awards.
Gazel is a haunting live performer, singing in both English and Turkish. Together with her band, they layer live electronics with strings, percussion, and native wind instruments, creating uniquely engaging and other-worldly songs
