Dash Arts brings you a Dash Café featuring live food demos and tasters, music and a discussion on the changing face of European food culture. Our guests are Italian-Jewish chef and expert Silvia Nacamulli and Tallinn-born food anthropologist Katrina Kolleagaeva, who will be joined by Dash Arts Co-Artistic Director Josephine Burton. The setting is completed by Parisian hot-club jazz and East European klezmer music from our in-house accordion and fiddle duo, Josh Middleton and David Lasserson.

Dash Cafés are regular, informal and free events. We offer participants a chance to encounter new ideas, surprising perspectives and unusual artists who shed new light on the regions in which we work through live music, performance, readings, film and discussion.
