For more than twenty years, the iconic and internationally celebrated French fashion designer Christian Lacroix and the Comédie-Française have been working together skilfully dressing the actors on various productions. Christian Lacroix was invited by Éric Ruf, Administrateur Général de la Comédie-Française, to illuminate their portraits, shot by Stéphane Lavoué, thus revealing the mark each actor has left on him. Embellished with collages and doodles by the great master, the colourful 62 portraits are presented for the first time outside the Comédie-Française.
