Quentin Blake’s ties to France are no secret, and this autumn he is publishing a new book in which they hold a special place. Pens Ink and Places is an account of his work over the past five years, which features both his mural decoration for the Bibliothèque Quentin Blake at the Institut français and his drawings for Figaro Littéraire and Gallimard’s Pléiade Agenda. On the occasion of the publication of the book, original works will be exhibited in the Salons for everyone to admire.
