Overlapping Perspectives on Dora Maar

Special event on the occasion of the exhibition Dora Maar at Tate Modern

Following the screening of Ursula Mayer’s short film Lunch in Fur(2008) which features a fictional encounter of the three iconic female figures Dora Maar, Meret Oppenheim and Josephine Baker, Emma Lewis, curator of the Dora Maar exhibitionat Tate Modern (until 15 March), and Brigitte Benkemoun, French journalist and author of the recently released biographical enquiry Je suis le carnet de Dora Maar(I am Dora Maar’s Address Book) will draw a portrait from overlapping perspectives of the iconic figure of Dora Maar.
