The new central library Oodi in Helsinki has attracted international attention with its approach to openness and usability as a public space. Oodi’s architect Antti Nousjoki, Cultural Director of Helsinki Tuula Haavisto, and founder and director of the Bristol Women’s Literature Festival Sian Norris take part in a panel discussion on libraries as civic spaces at London Festival of Architecture.
